MOQ, samples, shipping, returns, and custom printing terms โ€” everything you need to know before placing an order

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ is 500 units per design. This applies to all stock and custom-printed bags across all categories. For orders exceeding 2,000 units, tiered pricing discounts apply โ€” the larger the order, the lower the per-unit cost.

Sample Policy

We offer pre-production samples to ensure the design, material, and print quality meet your expectations before committing to a full production run.

  • Stock samples: Available for existing products. Cost covers the product + shipping. Refunded if a production order is placed within 30 days.
  • Custom-printed samples: Require a sample fee based on the complexity of printing. This fee is deducted from your final invoice upon ordering.
  • Sample lead time: 5โ€“7 working days for stock samples; 10โ€“12 working days for custom-printed samples.

Custom Printing Terms

We support custom logo and artwork printing to help you brand your bags.

  • Print methods: Screen printing (1โ€“4 colors), heat transfer, and full-color digital printing available depending on material.
  • Artwork requirements: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) preferred. Minimum 300 DPI for raster files.
  • Artwork setup fee: Free for orders over 1,000 units; $30โ€“$50 for smaller orders depending on complexity.
  • Color matching: Pantone matching available at no extra cost.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide with competitive freight rates. The following terms apply:

  • Shipping methods: Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small orders and samples; Sea freight (FOB / CIF) for bulk orders; Air freight for time-sensitive shipments.
  • Delivery time: Express: 3โ€“7 working days. Sea freight: 15โ€“30 days depending on destination port. Air freight: 5โ€“10 working days.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. Free shipping on qualifying bulk orders over 10,000 units.
  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking information provided upon dispatch.
โš ๏ธ Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or unforeseen logistics delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

We take quality seriously. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will replace or refund the affected items at no cost.

  • Defects: If your order arrives with manufacturing defects (wrong material, incorrect printing, structural damage), contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Change of mind: Custom-printed and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started. Stock item returns are accepted within 14 days, in original condition, buyer pays return shipping.
  • Partial returns: Accepted for defect claims only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Warranty

All products come with a 30-day manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. This covers structural defects including stitching failure, handle detachment, and print peeling under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive load, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

If you experience a quality issue within the warranty period, send us photos and a description โ€” we'll assess and respond within 2 business days.
